hi,

1. The Universal Declaration of Human rights and United nations convention of the rights of the child,outline any similarity of differences.

2.how can Early Childhood ensure these rights are being upheld in the work environment? what steps would you take if you observed these rights not being upheld?

1. Privacy
2. Confidentiality
3. Dignity
4. Access to services
