hi Lorina
I attached my task from my workplace training its about report making from scenario based . I made one report for scenario 1 so plz can you check its right or not and I also need your help to make other report for scenario 2 and 3. I don't get idea how I can start making report for both.

Scenario 2- Points
- Tammy's father slurring his words
- smells of alcohol
- highly intoxicated
- mother is overseas on business
- no one to collect child
Scenario 3 - Points
- Felicity removed a toy from the child's bag and puts in her pocket
- becomes startled and defensive when you confront her
- when she returns after 40 minutes off the floor the toy is gone
