Can someone please explain what the questions are asking? to me it’s common sense to treat people with respect and dignity at all times I’m just not sure what it means by what do the following ethical obligations mean for entry level staff?
Any help would be great even a small example of what the question is asking would be helpful
What do the following ethical obligations mean for entry level staff working in community services?
▪ Treating clients/ children, family members and representatives, with respect and dignity at all times
▪ Recognising that each client/ child is an individual, with individual needs, inclusive of those with complex, or more specialised needs
▪ Respecting peoples’ personal, cultural, linguistic and religious preferences and background
▪ Providing care with empathy and sensitivity, without exploitation, abuse, discrimination or harassment
▪ Respecting the client/ child’s right to choose the care they want and from whom they want it, free from victimisation
