Hi guys,

Please help me with this question.

5. After filling in form NL01 and notifying the relevant authorities, where would you store this document according to service policies and the Education and Care Services National Regulations?

I couldn't find it acecqa website nor the service policies.

You would need to look in the regulations. A copy of the regulations should be available to everyone in the foyer of the centre you work at. If you can not find a copy, ask your manager. Many centres do not write specific policies in relation to the storage of documents, but would say something like, follow regulation 90 in relation to medical conditions policy.
There is a list of policies required, and there is a place for specific documents to be kept. Usually these documents fall under the confidentiality section and must be kept in a filing cabinet under lock. (as do enrolment information and staff records)
