Being responsive to children means working from the child’s strengths and building on their existing skills and knowledge by scaffolding learning.
For each of the following situations describe possible strategies educators can use to be responsive to children.
Arrive time:
Appreciating children for their individuality
Painting at the easels:
Allowing children to express themselves
Lunch time:
Encouraging independence
Completing an obstacle course outdoors:
Appreciating skills
is this right?
can you help me please

The questions asks for possible strategies. I think you need to be more specific and outline the strategy
Example:
Arrive time:
Appreciating children for their individuality
--> How are you going to do that? What strategy are you using to appreciate their individuality and be responsive
like: welcoming each child individually

For this question, it sounds like being responsive means what would you do to respond with the child, engage with the child etc.
So, for arrival time for example:
- Smile and say hello to the child.
- Let them know that you are happy to see them.
- Help them find an activity to do.
- Encourage them to say bye to their parent. etc.
Hope this helps!

Maybe encouragement such as "show me how you balance on the plank" or "I'm here to help if you need me".
