2.12 An Early Childhood Education and Care centre should provide ‘access and equity’ to all clients.

a) What does the following statement mean in Education and Care service:
“Ensure services are available to all clients regardless of personal values, beliefs, attitudes and culture”
I am have a trouble in answering the question can anyone help me

Every childhood education and centre should treat different countries people and children with equity.each centre should work with the Inclusion Support Facilitator (employed by the Council) to aid in the inclusion of children with additional needs such as while catering for children they take into the accont of individual child needs and belifs and personal values.

When planning programs, measures must be undertaken to ensure that the programs developed reflect a multicultural perspective. The children’s program will promote cultural awareness and help children value cultural diversity
