Service’s Procedure Communicating To Mangement

This is the question
Outline your service’s procedure for communicating this adjustment to management.


This is my answer but to me it doesn't sound right. Am I right or is there something I am missing.
The main reason for having nappy change procedures is to ensure people who work with children have a common understanding of what they are required to do when changing nappies or assisting with the toilet.

I think it means you add the adjustment and the explanation why it has been changed then you would probably email this to management or discuss it during a meeting...
