what are some work practices that could contribute to a school environment being culturally safe for students, families and staff

Developing trust
Implementing policies and practices to eliminate discrimination and bullying in the work place

what about things like
value/respect diversity
Recognize more than one set of principles
ensuring every one has the same basic rights to education, resources and services.
treat everyone equally regardless of their personal characteristics or beliefs etc.
