Jennifer has been attending your service since she was only a few months old. Her family has decided to move to another State and your Room Leader has asked you to prepare her portfolio, however, you have only been at this Service for a short period and feel that you do not know enough about Jennifer to complete her portfolio.

Who would you seek clarification from, and Why?

Ask someone who has been in the room longer than you. Portfolios should be kept up to date by whoever exactly for this reason that if someone leaves and another steps in they have documentation and evidence about that child to work from.
If there is no one at the service who knows her you may have to ask the director to contact the previous person who was and get some information from her
