I did check the above links many times  , but i couldn't find any thing , nearly finish my assessment but iam stuck with this questions strategies that could be put in place by centre to reduce the potential for abuse of Billy? and with the following questions

about center policy
D - What responsibility is there to inform the parents that a notification has been made?

E – How is information in relation to a notification recorded? my answer is on spacial form iam not sure about it

I think Billy should be reported as a child at risk. With the bruises on his back and his mum’s partners behaviour when approached about the bruises, grapping and dragging him out of the centre by his arm. I think Billy has been neglected his losing weight and has a constant runny nose. There are obviously stresses at home and I think by reporting them they will get the care they need before the situation comes worse. Remember you don't have to prove his being abused you just have to suspect it and with I seen a child with unexplained bruises I would probably suspect it.

In relation to your second question. Regarding the centre, I am stuck on this too.
Do they mean providing pamplets and information too parents, referrals to community services like community health, can you help me with that
