Q2-Imagine you are working in a children's service centre/facility. you have identified the following hazards in your work place, as set out below. What actions would you take to ménage this risk? Refer to the hierarchy of risk control in your work book.

a) A low branch is hanging over a walkway. A child ran into the branch and sustained a bruise on the head

I will report issues to Local Council .I will try to Keep hanging branch trimmed vertically and horizontally away from walkway. hanging branch will be trimmed back so that they are well clear from the walkway, not just from the made path.
------------------------------------------
b)there is water on the tiled floor. you know that someone could slip and be injured

I will simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or clean mop. From time to time, depending on the amount of wear and tear the tiles receive, or where they’re located in child care, I will give a more thorough clean if needed

-----------------------------------------
c) Heavy equipment/materials are placed on the top shelf of the store room You know that this may cause serious lifting injury to a staff member

I will try to Store heavy objects on lower shelves and will Try to store materials inside cabinets, files, and lockers. I will Store heavy materials so no one have to reach across something to retrieve them. Frequently handled items should be placed within easy reach. A good housekeeping program will reduce or eliminate hazards associated with improper storage of materials. It should be easy to place items into the storage unit and take them out

Please suggest are my responses satisfactory or otherwise what else can I add to make my response more effective? thanks
