Has been attending the centre for over a year and you know him well. Marcus’s mum is a single parent and has started recently going out, often leaving Marcus with relatives and friends. Today Marcus arrives and is crying. Marcus’s uncle smells of alcohol and doesn’t talk to you or the other staff. Marcus says he stayed at his uncle’s house last night while his mum went out.
