Scenario: Mat - Unable To Manage Workload & Priorities

Your Question?
Matt is an educator in preschool room.in addition to his normal duties matt supervisor has asked him to tackle the indoor storeroom which has become quite mess. The supervisor suggested he could do this over several weeks only as time permitted. Matt,eager to please,decides he will get the job as quickly as possible.all week matt has been going to the storeroom as soon as he finishes a task.at the end of the week the supervisor pulls him aside."matt!I can see you have been very diligent in taking the storeroom but I did say to do only as time permits. You have hardly spent any time with the children this week.you end to think about ur priorities.max walk away feeling confused, after all he did get his other a jobs jobs done before going in to storeroom. The supervisor reflects to herself that matt, although keen ,has no idia how to manage his workload and priorities

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am not working so it is difficult to me to give the answer for this.plz help me to give the ans. thanx

- Matt was told he had several weeks to do this and he completed it in a week.

- Should of been supervising the children rather than staying indoors cleaning.

- Even though usual tasks are complete he needed to engage wi the children as well.
