Hey
Im really stuck on this scenario and any help would be great. In myself I have no confidence to submit my answers as i feel they're are all wrong
Jack is 18 months old and his mother Sasha has decided that he should not have his bottle at lunch time. Jack has one bottle in the morning and one at night. For lunch Sasha has provided a bottle filled with lime cordial, a can of spaghetti and some cracker biscuits. educators have noticed the first sign on tooth decay.
What are the national dietary guidelines which should be encouraged for Jack?
I have guideline
Guide line 2 Enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods from these five food groups every day
Guideline 3 Limit intake of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol.
Is this ok?
Im also stuck on the question: How could you talk to Sasha about Jack's diet and ensure you respect her wishes and values? < I have no response to this
