Hello,
Please help and is question one on track

Question: One of your colleagues is behaving unethically at work, gossiping about a child's family and their financial situation.

1. Describe what you would do?
Answer: If my colleague was behaving unethically at work, gossiping, I would in private and in a friendly manner, discuss what they were saying was wrong. Give them the opportunity to explain, as they may not realize that that behaviours not acceptable. How ever if I again witness relating behaviour from this particular colleague I would then report to my supervisor.

2. Which policies would you refer to?
????

Thank you for your opinion and any help

Yes, you're on the right track with your response!

Policies and Procedures you could refer to Private and Confidentiality, and ECA - Code Of Ethics, Service Philosophy...
