Q-you are an educator in the baby's room.it is lunch time for 18 months old Ben and you are preparing the small table for him to sit at and eat his lunch.You have a small chair next to him which you are sitting at to support his self help skills and help him with his meal.Write down the interactions and language you would use with Ben throughout this routine.
My Ans-Okay Ben, we are going to have our special lunch today. Have you had a special lunch before? Hmmm!
This is a special lunch because it will help you become stronger big boy. D you want to become a big boy like dady? Okay, then let's start.
Ben, make sure you chew your lunch properly so you get all the vitamins and power ingredients from your food. When I was a kid I used have special lunches frequently and finish my lunch every time, that is why I grew up to a big girl.
Great! Ben, you are such a good kid who finishes his lunch. Make sure you finish your meal every time so that you grow up real fast and become as big boy as your dad. Now let's put the dishes back in kitchen - can you help me putting the dishes back in kitchen? Very good sweetheart!
