Reporting Unethical Behaviour

Hi I have just finished an assignment on unethical behaviour. The last part I need to put in there is about how to report unethical behaviour. I have put that you can consult your director and nominated supervisor. But how else or who else can you contact? I cant find any certain phone numbers to call for the Northern Territory in this issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.
