'Case Study 7

Clearly state the regulatory requirements the student must be informed of.'
Hi,
I need some help with this scenario. My Food Handling Checklist was accepted, but I could not find out which regulation belongs to this case study. I thought Regulation 77-79 are correct. After that I found Regulation 168 in my text book, but my assessor passed back all of them and suggest me to read through the National Regulations again. I did it, but I cannot find any other possible regulation...
Any help would be much appreciated!!
Thanks,
Maria
