Question:
Referencing the Education and Care Services National Regulations, answer the following questions:

A.) Can any person pick up a child from an education and care service, for example if the child recognizes them?Specify the relevant Regulation when you explain yoir answer:

Answer:
My answer will be "No", The only person who is allowed to pick up the child from the service are the parents and the authorised person noted on the enrolment form.Under National Regulation, Division 6, Regulation 99" it is stated that children leaving the education and care services premises may only leave the education and care service if pick up by parents, or person authorised by parent in the childs enrolment record to collect the child from the premises, in the event that the parent is not going to pick up the child, only the authorised person being nominated by the parents which is written in the enrolment record is allowed to pick up the child. If the child recognizes the person the staff should immediately contact the parents to verify the identity of the person, the staff will then have some verification procedures by asking the person for personal identification like for example a "driverse licence".In the event that the parents will not be reached, the child will not be released to the person even if the child recognizes them.

2.You are about to go an excursion and one of the children does not have a completed written consent form. The parent phones the service and gives verbal permission.Specify the relevant Regulation and describe your response.

Answer:
Under National Regulations, Division 6....Regulation 99 it stated that during excursion children only leaves premises in accordance with the written authorisation signed by parents.I will "Not Allow" children who doesn't have written authorisation to go an excursion because they don't have written authorisation signed by parents.I don't think verbal permission should be considered because in the event that an accident happened because of the absence of written authorisation the parent might used this as an excuse to sue the centre for allowing their children to go to an excursion.

3.List four (4) examples of important information that must be kept within each childs enrolment record.Specify the relevant Regulation within your response.
Under the National Regulations, Regulations 160, the approved provider of an education and care service must ensure that the enrolment is kept that includes information set out in subregulation (3) for each child enrolled at the education and care service. An enrolment record must include:
A. The full name, date of birth, and address of the child.
B.the name, address and contact details of the parent of the child, name of the person to be notified in case of emergency, if any parent of the child cannot be contacted
- any authorised person who is authorised nominee and the person authorised by the parents to pick up the child from the care service.
C.Details of any court orders, parenting orders or parenting plans provided to the approved provider relating to the providers duties, responsibilities or authorisation of any person in relation to the child or access to the child.
D.the gendee of the child

Note: I was confused if im going to write National regulations, Regulations 102,160-162....and also letter E is Relevant health information set out in regulation 162 because im only asked of 4 examples of important information in enrolment record.

4.What documentation do you need to be able to administer medication to a child? Specify the relevant regulation within your response.

Answer:
The documentation need to administer medication to a child is the "Medication Record". Under National Regulations, Regulation 93 Administration of Medication, the approved provider of an education and care service must ensure that a medication record is kept that includes the details set out in subregulation (3) for each child to whom medication is to be administered by the service.The details to be recorded are;
-names of the child
- authorisation to administer medication
-name of medication to be administered
-time and date the last medication is administered
-time and date the medication is to be administered, dosage of medicatiom, manner medication is administered.
-if the medication is administered to the child.

Since the question is already asking about the National Regulation you can just probably add "Regulation 102... etc". Also since it only asked for 4 just choose 4 examples...

The rest of your responses are good!
