Q-6 open questions you would ask of a family to gather information about meals and snacks information about the child?

1-what supplies will you send with the child
2- what is child's usual routine of eating at home?
3-what normally the child likes to eat the most?
4-how many times the child takes liquid?
5- Are there any food restrictions
6- Does your child have any allergies
7-Do you allow children to eat at times other than scheduled meals and
snacks?

What types of food do you eat at home?
Does your child have any dislikes?
What are your child's eating habits?
How does your child eat? With a spoon, self fed etc.?
How often does your child try new foods?
