hi i dont really get this question i have 2 answers but dont know if there right can someone please take a look and let me know if im on the right track and what one of my answers is right..


5. Describe the process that can be followed when attempting to address an ethical dilemma.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Identify the problem, speak with all involved and gather as much information as possible, consider every view point.
*Analyze the action to take in response to the dilemma, question the possible reaction to make sure the final decisionis not immoral, how dose the diecission measure up to moral principle such as honesty, fairness and equality
*consider all the consequences of each possible reaction to the ethical dilemma
* implement the plan

Professional responsibilities in four sections
1 with children
2 with families
3 among colleagues and
4 with the community and society
The best ethical course of action to take is not obvious. When one important value contradicts another, we face an ethical dilemma. When we face a dilemma its our professional responsibility to consult the code of ethics.
