Can anyone assist with this q?
Identify common organisational standards, policies and procedures that relate to providing experiences to support children’s play and learning and explain their main purpose.
i have the standards done and how they relate:
all qa1-
The approved learning curriculum must be suitable to the childs learning potential and enhance the childs learning and development. Staff will use reflective practice to ensure that it reflects the childrens interests.
3.1&2-
The environment has been set up to enhance learning experiences and encourage independent learning through play both in natural and manmade spaces.
all qa5-
Build positive supportive relationships with the children, thus encouraging them to feel secure and confident in their play and leaning. Children will have their sense of wellbeing which helps with their development.
then for policies and procedures im stuck as they go hand in hand when i search?
i was thinking the main policies- child protection, child safe environment, excursions, sun and water safety, physical environment
then are procedures- risk assessment, access policy, excursion checklists etc?
thanks for your help
