-individual routines

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
When feeding the baby in child care setting carers need to make sure they follow the same routines that child has at home. Parents and carers should discuss any individual routines that child may have.
Carer should hold the baby in their arms when feeding in a calm and safe place. Child shouldn’t be distracted while feeding by other children or adults. Carers should avoid having loud conversations between each other, or be engaging in different activities, their attention should be focused on the child they are feeding. Child should feel comfortable and secured.
Carer needs be considered about the times and amount of food given to the child and respect their cultural background.

Am I on the right track here? Just got a little bit stuck on that one. Especially the cultural part.

Good points you mentioned in your response!

Some cultural points would be if the child was vegetarian, only ate halal, no pork products etc.

Hope this helps,
