Research the “United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child” (CROC).
q.1List five organisational standards and/or policies which reflect the articles of CROC.
The National Children's and Youth Law Centre
The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child
Defence for Children International
A non-government organisation
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Commission

q.2 Who would be responsible for the development, implementation and review of these?

I noticed that you have exactly the same answer for Q1 as another topic (same question) from a different user... Coincidence?

Anyways Q1 is referring to any policies that a centre may have that relates to CROC. You will need to read through the articles or become familiar with them then get a copy of a centres policy and procedures and work out which ones relate to CROC.

You can use the following to help:

Rights Of The Child In Australia
CROC
