Opportunities For Children To Practice Skills During Morning Tea

Choose one routine experience (such as; morning tea, toileting or lunch) and list the possible opportunities for a child to acquire and practice skills in each of the following:

• Cognitive Development:

I want to choose Morning Tea. But I have tried so hard, but I still don't understand what to do for this question.
please please help me guys.

I was thinking

language and communication - discuss colours of food etc with the children.

Sustainability- what happens with there food scraps?

Children using tongs to choose food - self help skills.
