Observation Using A Running Record

Hi I had to do a running record for an assignment and was wondering if you could tell me if I have done it right?
Focus: Gross motor skills
Setting: Outdoor play area and concreted bike track
Time: 3:05 to 3:15
Jett walked over to me and I asked Jett ‘’can you ride a bike?’’ Jett then said ‘’I can I will show you’’ He then walked over to the trike that was sitting on the grass area. Jett used his left leg to swing it over the trike and use his hands for support on the handle bars. He then put his right foot on the pedal and then his left foot on the other pedal and he began trying to pedal but then instead ended up peddling backwards. Jett started to laugh and said ‘whoops’. He then tried again and struggled peddling the bike on the grass to the concrete but did not give up. Jett looked around at his peers who were also riding bikes and sat and thought for a second, he then started to pedal again but this time as he was peddling he would pull back on the handle bars to use more pressure with his legs and feet. As Jett for the bike onto the concrete he began to peddle faster and easier until he came to a bit of a slope and the concrete had dirt, sticks and rocks on it. Jett then pushed as hard as he could with his legs but the bike would not move, he then said to me ‘’help please’’ so I pushed Jett past the rocks and he rode a little further. Jett then put his hands in the air and said ‘I did it!’ He then got off the bike using his left leg by swinging it over the bike first while using the handle bars for support again and he then ran over to a log and began to walk across it.

Also I had to write what learning is occurring.

What learning is occurring?
Jett was learning to use his gross motor skills as he rode the bike. He was using his cognitive thinking when he stopped and watched his peers ride the bike and then thought through the process about what to do next and then started to ride forward. Jett used his communication skills when asking for help. Jett also used his emotional skills when expressing his happiness for completing what he set out to do.

And I had to do Reflection about own teaching practice:
When I asked Jett if he could ride a bike I was expecting him to tell me a bit about if he could ride one or not, then when Jett told me that he could show me how he does it I thought that it would be a perfect learning opportunity as he seemed very interested in it. When there was a challenge with Jett riding the trike instead of jumping straight in to help him I stood back for a little bit and encouraged him to have a go himself, by doing this it helped Jett to practice more learning skills.
(this is the question i am very unsure about)

And also I was wondering if you could please tell me what it means by ''Background/context:'' I am unsure as what to write here.

Thanks in advance.
