Hi lorina,

Examine two nutrition labels from similar packaged products one a more healthy alternative than the other. What nutritional advantage does one product have over the other?
Plzzzzzzzz I m badly stuck on this question.

The best way to answer this question is go to your local supermarket and find to similar packaged foods.. For example: Chips. Find two different chips, one healthier then the other...
