Can you please help me . im stuck. can you please explain to help me how to write this questions?
1) Navigate your way around the ACECQA website locate the guide to the National quality standards find quality area 5 Relationships with children and write out standards 5.1 & 5.2
Document 1 strategy of how you could achieve each of the Elements in practice.
2) Navigate and identify the United Nations convention on the rights of the child. Locate Article 12 and 31. choose one of these articles and explain in detail how you will uphold this right whilst being an educator of young Children.
3) Document 3 conventions you have had with 3 different children during a meal/ snack time, whilst on a professional placement or attending play session.
Each conversation should be an example of a sustained conversation and be inclusive of the child's voice.
one conversation must include how you have discussed similarities and differences with children.
Shown respect,
encouraged a child's sense of agency,
used age / appropriate language,
used active listening ,
responded to a verbal/ non verbal cue,
positive body language,
used open ended questions,
responded to a child's interest
4) Reflecting on practice principle 5 ;Respectful relationships and responsive engagements;. Victorian Early years learning development Framework (VEYLDF)
Explain how educators will acknowledge this in practice.
5) Document 3 occasions where you have responded to children's challenging behavior using any of the following strategies -
Redirection
Distraction
Choices / Agency
Natural / logical consequences
positive reinforcement
Need to select 3 different children,on 3 different occasions and document the behavior you observed on each occasion and how you responded. you will need to record a brief summery of your understanding of which of the above strategies you implemented in the observation.
