Linking To Confidentiality In Specific Guidelines

Hi i have an assignment where i have to find any specific links to confidentiality in these guidelines
1. The article that links to privacy in the United Nations convention on the Rights of the Child
2. The element that links to confidentiality in the National Quality Standard
3. The regulation that links to confidentiality in the Education and Care Services national regulations
4. The ECA code of ethics responsibility to parents that demonstrates respect for confidentiality
I have not attempted any of these questions as I do not exactly know what they are asking me to do. I think question 1 relates to article 16 but I am not sure at all and if it is related to article 16 then how do I go about that with what they are asking me to do?
