I really don't understand this question??

Regulation, Law or Code How it Impacts on WHS/OHS in the Workplace
a) The Act
Work Health & Safety Act 2011 Provide a balanced and nationally consistent framework to secure the health and safety of workers and workplaces

Do I need to write that red part - Work Health & Safety Act 2011

When it asks for 3 examples of how they impact on WHS and OHS in the workplace is this what it's asking for?
a) Hazardous manual tasks
Work Health and Safety Codes of Practice 2011 - do I need to write this???

Give 3 examples.
i. Bending down to talk to children.
ii. Lifting non walking children
iii. Moving heavy objects

If these examples are not what it's asking for can you please give me some direction?

I think this is referring to the legislations in the Education and Care Services National Regulations itself...

For example:

to minimise risks to children being educated and cared for by the service.
Penalty: $2000.

(2) The nominated supervisor of an education and care service must implement, and ensure that all staff members of, and volunteers at, the service implement—
(a) adequate health and hygiene practices; and
(b) safe practices for handling, preparing and storing food—
to minimise risks to children being educated and cared for by the service.
Penalty: $2000.

(3) A family day care educator must implement—
(a) adequate health and hygiene practices; and
(b) safe practices for handling, preparing and storing food—
to minimise risks to children being educated and cared for by the educator as part of a family day care service.
Penalty: $2000.

Note. A compliance direction may be issued for failure to comply with subregulation (1).

78 Food and beverages

(1) The approved provider of an education and care service must ensure that children being educated and cared for by the service—
(a) have access to safe drinking water at all times; and
(b) are offered food and beverages appropriate to the needs of each child on a regular basis throughout the day.

(3) A family day care educator must ensure that children being educated and cared for by the educator as part of a family day care service—
(a) have access to safe drinking water at all times; and

There are others within the National Regulations that you can also refer to.

Hope this helps!
