LA020470 - Observations Without Parent Permission

Hi there,
Im just wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with one of the questions in my assessments in relations to recognizing unethical conduct.
3) According to the Code of Ethics, which points would you refer to if i do write observations of children without gaining parent permission? (Refer to CHCLEG001-Topic 3 Recognizing unethical conduct)
its the only question im stuck on! someone please help!!
