in a picture we have to identify 3 hazards and complete table
identify hazard Associated Risk severity of risk control and report
1.scissor left on table 1 children could cut their skin 1 high 1. Isolate: Remove and store in correct place
2. Bin without lid 2 Infection could spread from 2 Moderate 2. Substitute: place the bin withlid or just put lid on bin if there
material present in bin is not report to director for new bin or new lid if possible.
3. chair in pathway 3 trip hazard 3 High 3.Isolate: Remove the chair from pathway and place at
appropriate place.
i have identify hazards but i am note the control and report of hazards are correct or not ?
