can I get some help with this question please
Why is it important that you not underperform in your job role or act outside of your job description?

would this mean going to work and slacking off ect

Underperformence and Acting Outside job description are the two other things.
If u are not doing things for which you have been paid come under the definition of underperformence,but if you do something extra after finishing your task is working outside the job description.In underperformence you can say that going for work and slacking of not doing your job.
