Hi, can you please help me with this question
Q : Provide three reasons why is it important to take into account cultural considerations when resolving differences?.
I understand he quastion but im still confused with the answer
In my Learner Guide it says
1-Need for the conflict to be resolved 

2- Barriers to the resolution of the conflict 

3- Method of conflict resolution. 


please pleaseeeee direct me to the right answer

The reasons to take into accounmt cultural considerations when resolving differences are:

1.)It is very important to respond and take into cultural consideration in the context of health care between the worker or client, because every culture has different heath conditions.for eg., aboriginal people have poor health conditions than the Astralian people.
2)Cultural consideration should be taken If a person behave in any of the following ways towards another person on the basis of their cultural or linguistic background:
• name calling
• use of offensive language
• degrading comments in reference to a person's ethnicity, culture, religion or background
• ridicule based on a person's physical appearance
• teasing or put downs
• shouting/abuse/aggressive language
• excluding/isolating/ignoring.
Being subjected to any of the above behaviours can make a person feel:
• angry
• upset/sad
• ashamed
• frightened
• isolated
• intimidated.
No-one has the right to make another person feel that way. It is our right NOT to accept offensive behaviour. Justifying, ignoring, or doing nothing about such behaviour gives permission for it to continue.

3)conflict may occur when a person directs inappropriate verbal/non-verbal behaviour towards another in such a case consideration of culuture is important to resolve the differences.
