Hello Sayma,

I am unsure what is confusing you exactly.

The question is asking you to consider the way you interact with children and analyse if these interactions take into account inclusive practice (Ensuring all children are involved - Not too hard for some, not just activities for boys, etc), culturally appropriate interactions (Are you being respectful of cultures and are not showing tokenism) and non-stereotypical interactions (Boys can't cry because they are strong, girls can only play with dolls, etc). It also asks you if your interactions took into account the child's rights and interests (This is the same as above - For example, boys have the right to follow their interest of playing with dolls - Did you respect this?).

If you could clarify, I would be more than happy to help more :)
