Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: HLTWHS300A - Wondering if I'm on right track
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
If a new employee in your organisation had an accident, causing injury in the first week of employment, what circumstances do you think would be investigated?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Circumstances that would be investigated would be, the Induction process, was the new employee given appropiate WHS training or were they checked for the knowledge on the WHS practices. Supervision would be investigated, was the employye appropiately supervised. What equipment if any was involved. Who placed this equipment, was the employee instructed on how to correctly place the equipment.

Description and Message:
Hi, I have been out of study for 17 years and am justnow starting again with my Cert III. I am just wondering if I am on track with a few of my questions. Any advice is appreciated, not asking for the answers lol, just a nudge in the right direction if I'm way off. Thank you.
