Discussed the question with my Coordinator at work, read and re-read the relevant chapters, and performed multiple Google searches related to the topic.
Description and Message:
I'm not entirely sure what a 'risk audit' is. The Coordinator of my service hadn't heard of the term, and while I have found similar terms online I can't seem to track down the exact phrase or any examples. My course doesn't seem to have covered it in any of the texts available, and so I am completely at a loss to what this risk audit should look like. Any information or links that could point me in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
