HLTWHS003 - Scenario: Aching Back From Lifting Toddlers

Read the scenario carefully and risk assesses the routine in order to avoid future injury.
A staff member in the toddler’s room is complaining about an aching back. She has ten toddlers and lifts them all onto the change table for nappy
changes three to four times a day.
A - Research, and download a copy of a (job safety analysis work sheet) from Work safe Victoria and complete the work sheet according to the scenario.
B - Write two pages report including all the following dot points.
