A deciduous Amber tree in the outdoor playground is shedding excess leaf litter which is a slip hazard and likely to encourage snakes and spiders nesting. As you are on the early shift, you must attend to this each morning by sweeping. It takes up to 30 minutes, you have sore shoulders and neck from stooping over and then you are very rushed to set up the remainder of the play area, in which other educators are now commenting on. You feel stressed and overwhelmed with the additional work

Q1:Identify the cause of the stress. Identify at least one solution
to this issue.
The tree, your shoulders and being rushed

Q2:  Who would you report this to in accordance with workplace
procedures?

Q3:  Identify sources of support, mentorship or training that
could be utilised to maintain currency of safe work practices
or further develop skills in regards to manual handling skills.

I need help with answering these questions please been stuck for a few days thanks

You will need to follow the Workplace Health and Saftey procedure since it is a hazard...

Thank you for this information, it really helps. Unfortunately, stress is a common problem among people. I remember going through stressing situations when our family was moving to the other city. We bought a new house there and didn't have anything done and repaired yet. Everything was new: the place, the people, the surroundings. But then with some time, I started to get used to changes, we started renovating the house, installed new windows which blocked extra sounds so we felt comfortable ( we ordered from https://www.blueskywindows.com.au/doubl ... d-windows/ ), redesigned all the rooms and now we're just happy for going through this situation. I got a new experience and understood that everything is possible.
