Hi there, Im a little stuck on this question, any help would be great thanks

Explain the differences in the way you would greet (for the first time) an older woman compared with a ten year old boy in the sector you work in
I would greet an older woman with alot of respect, ask how they are, how their day has been
I would greet a 10 year old boy with a great big smile, use a higher pitched voice to show interest, use eye contact and gestures and i would say good morning, hello, hi and use his name how are you today.

is there anything else that i can add in
thanks in advance
