Your Question?
What is the legislative mean of inclusivity?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Hi, I have read the rules and I know that I should have an answer but this case is different. I am required to give a legislative meaning of inclusivity. I've searched like crazy but I can't find it. Does someone know how to search this?

Thanks

i am not sure which state you are in but try googling the DET inclusion policies. The Northern Teritoru has some info at http://www.education.nt.gov.au/__data/. ... usion.pdf‎

Hi thanks a lot for the reply.
I am in victoria. I've searched many times typing VIC or victoria, but I always find things related to children with disabilities. Now I guess the question is more related to staff, because the module is called support inclusive practice in the workplace, I am confused, because other questions of the assessment are related to children :/

Can you please type in the full question. Usually inclusivity questions do relate to how to ensure children with additional needs or from low socio economic backgrounds etc are catered for fairly. I think I could be of more help with more information

Inclusive practises can relate to both children and staff but usually relate to children - what do you do in your class that allows the program to include all children (can be with additional needs, different backgrounds etc)

The full question is - What is the legislative mean of "inclusivity"?

I found in the National Quality Standard for Early Childhood Education and Care and School Age Care something about inclusion: "...the opportunity to include children/families from all family circumstances, cultural backgrounds and levels of ability" so I wrote down that in my assessment...
