Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: (CHCCN301C)
Your Assignment Type: Case Scenario
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
6. A parent has donated a bag full of toys to the service. The Director has asked you to sort through the toys and decide what could be kept.

a) How will you make this decision?

b) What toys must be discarded?

c) What toys could be used? Why?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Not sure how to answer this as I don't have any experience.
I would assume you would have to check the toys were in good condition, no safety threats, not been recalled models, Clean, and I would assume the plastic or easily cleaned toys would be preferred over soft toys.

Description and Message:
Need to know what centre regulations are on this where can I go to find information on the net please.

Hi Raz,
I would also check out the centres philosophy. At our centre we value natural materials and are trying to limit the amount of plastic equipment we have. This might be something to take into account when answering this question.
