Forming A Relationship With A Child

hello again 
I need help for this one again for my portfolio.
for this activity you will need to identify a child at the centre where you work who you have not developed a close relationship with yet
create a plan to develop a more positive and respectful relationship with him or her, outline each step in detail, including the foollowing:
- How specifically you can interact with him/her during mealtimes to enhance your relationship
- How you will encourage him/her to communicate with you and share stories with you
- How you will make sure the centre environment reflects this child's life and community
- Acknowledge his/her efforts and achievements and support the development of his/her self-esteem
- Acknowledge when s/he makes positive choices in managing his/her own behaviour and support the development of his/her self-regulation..
