Does a childcare educator need a drivers license

I've been asked a series of questions in an assignment about a childcare educator losing their license. I cannot find mention in the Act, Regulations or Quality Standards. I do know that most centers ask potential employees have a drivers license when applying for a position with them but I cant find anywhere that makes it a requisite for employment... Can someone help me.
