Jackson is 4 years old and has been fully toilet trained for some time, however today he falls into a very deep sleep at rest time and wets his bed in his sleep. When he wakes up to find himself and the bed wet, he becomes very distressed.
Record what you would say and do to demonstrate respect for the children.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I will say him I know you are fully toilet trained and today you fell in deep sleep so, it's very normal if you wet your bed. You are only four , at is age children normally wet their bed when they fall in deep sleep.

You can say something like:

"Jackson you had such a long sleep today. I can see you are upset because you wet yourself and it's alright because you didn't feel like going while you were asleep. Go into the bathroom and I'll get you some dry clothes to change into and I'll help you if you want me too".
