1. What methods would you use to develop your understanding of the social and cultural perspectives, beliefs and rituals regarding managing the behaviour of a child?
2. Describe an experience you have where you have to resolve a cross-cultural misunderstanding from a marginalised group. You should identify the issue (e.g. discrimination , language barriers, health issues and protective factors needed) and the impact of cultural differences (e.g racism, inclusion or exclusion , gender,religious beliefs, disability), the process you followed and any additional assistance you sought?
