Contributing Sustainability In The Workplace

Hi, hoping to get someone's opinion and see if I'm on the right track, not feeling to confident with this question!!

Work Effectiveness

Describe how you would contribute to the sustainability of the workplace for each of the following.
Identify why it's important and one practice for each:
a) Environment
b) Economic
c) Workforce
d) Social

Environment:
Contribute:
Contributing to the sustainability of the environment can be done by increasing
children's knowledge and understanding of caring for the environment
Importance: To maintain the environment for future generations
Practice: Children helping/learning, garden patches, growing fruit and flowers

Economic:
Contribution:
Green technology to produce electricity
Importance: It is important not to diminish supplies of fossil fuels
Practice: Ensure to switch of lights etc. when not needed

Workforce:
Contribute:
Being open to diversity within the workplace
Importance: It is important not to discriminate, equal opportunities
Practice: Equal employment and promotion opportunities

Social:
Contribute:
I would contribute to social sustainability by maintaining mutual beneficial relationships with all employees/ers, clients and within the community
Importance: Contributes to the foundation for success
Practice: Equal opportunity e.g. employment, income, education
