5.For each of the groups below identify one contributing environmental factor that may affect development and a practice that you could use to minimize the factors affects?

a) Children with a physical disability
b) Children with a learning difficulty
c) Children with a mental health issue

I am not sure if the correct but is it environmental factor so would that be something the makes the child's condition worse

In this instance I don't think it has to do with worsening the child's condition I think it has to do with not creating a suitable environment for the child with additional needs.

For example:

a) Child could be in a wheelchair - environmental factor could be the setup of the indoor environment is not suitable for the child to freely move while in their wheelchair...

I am needing a little guidance with this question. Is the environment just the setting of any area ? And the practice is how I can improve this area to benefit the child ?

Yes... but you would probably need to include both indoor and outdoor environments...
