Consultation Outcomes Summary

Recently I took a professional development survey and this is result:
• most educators liked workshops and online forums
• the topics of interest were behaviour management
• The most helpful resources would be books and hands on experiences
• Professional development is planned by using interests and areas of development
• Key strengths were inclusive practices
• The professional development they
undertook reflected the culture, values and objectives of the service
Now I have to analyse the findings and make a report on the outcomes but I'm not sure how to.
