Community Attitudes That Encourage Child Abuse

Hi
i have a question
What community attitudes may encourage child abuse?
    • I wrote remember to families and the community about child rights
      promote confidende and self esteen of children
      perform reflective workshops
      promotesolution of problems without violence
But in my collage say PLEASE REANSWER THINK ABOUT WHAT THE COMMUNITY ACCEPTS TO ENCOURAGE CHILD ABUSE

so i put
Not calling the police
doing questions to child but dont nothing to help him
not understanding the effect of child abuse

And i have again this question for fix

Can you help me ?

Certain community attitudes may encourage child abuse. These include:

Acceptance of the use of violence and force
Acceptance of physical punishment of children
Acceptance of parents "ownership" of children and their right to treat children as they see fit
Racism
Inequality between men and women
